Last Friday, our Handball team competed in the annual Thanet Schools competition and finished 3rd place overall! After losing the first game, in the last second, to the eventual winners, Garlinge, we went on to win every game to qualify as group runners up. This set up a 3rd and 4th place play off against Upton. The game went back and forth with Upton taking the lead 3 times but a last second equaliser for us took the game into extra time which we eventually won.

Yesterday 6 of our year 6 pupils represented the school in a bowling event hosted by Bugsy's Bowling. Although we didn't compete against other schools, our team enjoyed some friendly competition against each other and had lots of fun.
